A sign of hope in times of the corona virus. The first 3.3 million protective masks from DACH arrive in Germany

Since the beginning of the Corona crisis, DACH Schutzbekleidung has been working on solutions to improve the supply of protective equipment in Germany. Part of this strategy is the establishment of an exclusively German production at the headquarters in Rastatt with the start of the production of respiratory masks set for summer 2020.

Another part were the intensive negotiations with the Chinese government since the beginning of the crisis in order to secure and procure own production of protective equipment. For this reason, we are already able to supply medical facilities with the urgently needed face masks.

This week we are already delivering 300,000 respiratory masks and 3 million face masks to the Federal Ministry of Health for distribution to critical infrastructures.

Another delivery of 5 million face masks are already in production and will be delivered in mid-April. From this point on, we will deliver several million face masks at short notice.

As a medium-sized company, DACH Schutzbekleidung sees itself obliged to contribute to the solution of this pandemic by all possible means. For this reason, all of our employees such as engineers, product and quality managers, buyers, service employees, sales, marketing and management work around the clock on solutions for security of supply in our country.
