Yes. The minimum order value (value of goods) is € 50.00.  We have to charge a minimum quantity surcharge of € 15.00 for orders below € 50.00.
What payment options are there?
You have different payment options:

Cash on collection
When picking up at our company headquarters: Rotackerstraße 21, D‐ 76437 Rastatt.

Prepayment via bank transfer
Your order will be dispatched immediately after receipt of the invoice amount on our bank account. You will receive a prepayment invoice from us with our bank details. Please transfer the invoice amount only after receipt of the prepayment invoice. The goods you have ordered remain reserved for you until payment has been received, for a maximum of 7 days.

Immediate transfer
All that is required for processing is an account number, bank code, PIN and TAN number. The encryption takes place via a secure SSL3 connection. The bank's terms and conditions apply.

PayPal
Fast and secure payment with PayPal. Your data is recorded in a separate terminal window via a secure connection to PayPal. PayPal's terms and conditions apply.

Invoice
Regular customers with a VAT ID, authorities and public institutions can order on account and pay within 14 days. However, this can lead to delays in delivery, as your details must be checked first. Deliveries outside Germany only against prepayment.

For shipping within Germany we charge:

  • € 8.00 up to a net value of € 200.
  • € 13.00 up to a net value of € 500.
  • From a net goods value of € 500 free home or free German mainland.
  • For the following postcode areas we charge an island surcharge of € 12.00 per package: 18565 (Hiddensee), 25849 (Pellworm), 25859 (Hooge), 25863 (Langeneß), 25869 (Gröde), 25938 (Föhr), 25946 (Amrum), 25980, 25992, 25996, 25997, 25999 (Sylt) 26465 (Langeoog ), 26474 (Spiekeroog), 26486 (Wangerooge), 26548 (Norderney), 26571 (Juist), 26579 (Baltrum), 26757 (Borkum), 27498 (Helgoland).
  • € 4.00 packaging and insurance flat rate.

Shipping costs outside of Germany: The shipping costs abroad depend on various circumstances. These can vary from country to country. The final shipping costs will be shown to you before the order is completed.

You also have the option of collecting the goods from our warehouse in Rastatt.

 

If you order before 2 p.m., we will process your order the same day. Delivery within Germany usually takes place within 24 hours.

No deliveries on weekends.

Even faster express deliveries are possible for an additional charge.

As soon as your goods leave our company, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This contains a number with which you can track the current status of your shipment online.

Shipping within Germany and EU: Entrepreneurs according to § 14 BGB have no right of withdrawal or return.
There is no right of return when shipping to third countries.
In order to be able to assign and process your return, please contact us before returning. We will send you a return slip.
Please note that we only take back unused goods in their original packaging.
Unpacked hygiene products are excluded from the right of return.
