Key Account Manager International (m/f/d)

We are looking for committed key account managers international (m/f/d)

Your challenges:

  • Development of new markets in close coordination with marketing and product management

  • Development and implementation of strategies, concepts and measures together with our cooperation partners

  • Strategy development to build global networks and dealer / partner networks

  • Expansion and optimisation of listings and distribution within the framework of the given sales strategy and the associated sales, promotions, price maintenance and sales targets

  • Qualified and result-oriented preparation and implementation of annual meetings including subsequent documentation and monitoring

  • Creation of customer-related sales, turnover, budget planning and implementation

  • Cooperative cooperation with the back office, the sales managers and other departments such as product management and purchasing

  • Implementation of the sales strategy and achievement of corporate goals 

  • Ongoing market and competition monitoring (impetus for trends for market-compliant product range expansions / adjustments); Antenna and

  • impulse generator for international market changes

You offer:

  • Degree in business administration with a focus on sales / marketing or comparable training

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in international key account management

  • Sales personality with know-how (authentic, creative, customer-oriented, acquisition-oriented and secure)

  • Rousing personality with a sense for the essentials

  • Independent, structured way of working (analytical-conceptual and hand-on)

  • Cooperative, motivating working style with social competence (team player)

  • Excellent communication skills and excellent negotiating skills

  • IT skills: Microsoft Office 365; Experience with CRM systems

  • High willingness to travel (abroad)

  • Business fluency in German and English
