[256] Respirator Neolution®Air, FFP3 Bestseller

Respirator Neolution®Air, FFP3

REF 256
Our innovative filter material for the Neolution®Air respirator mask, made in Germany, ensures maximum FFP3 filtration performance with low breathing resistance and certified particle release in accordance with IEST-RP-CC003.5. The comfortable headband provides a secure fit without causing ear pain.

The highest level of respiratory protection meets medical environmental protection – the Neolution®Air respirator combines FFP3 filter performance with the requirements for Type IIR medical face masks, thereby protecting the wearer from the most hazardous aerosols whilst also protecting the environment from contamination by exhaled air.

The Neolution®Air is made from high-quality polypropylene non-woven fabric with a textile headband free from natural latex and a flexible nose clip. The high-tech FFP3-class filter material achieves an actual particle penetration rate that is many times lower than the legal requirement of a maximum of 1%, and a bacterial filtration efficiency of over 98%. It therefore protects against the most dangerous aerosols as well as bacteria and pathogens. As the mask is designed without an exhalation valve, exhaled air is expelled entirely through the filter material – a crucial advantage wherever not only the wearer but also patients, products or the sterile environment need to be protected. The three-part construction follows the natural movements of the jaw and ensures a constant, secure fit without the need for readjustment. The fabric headband does not put pressure on the ears and offers a secure hold even during prolonged wear, making it ideal for spectacle wearers. As a certified Class I medical device and PPE Category III with Helmke Drum Test Category I, the 256 meets the strictest requirements for both cleanroom and medical use.

Respirator Neolution®Air, FFP2, sterile

REF 255S/W
Sterilised FFP2 mask, made in Germany. Our innovative filter material for the Neolution®Air respirator ensures low breathing resistance and particle filtration performance tested in accordance with IEST-RP-CC003.5. The comfortable headband provides a secure fit without causing ear pain.

In a class of its own: the Neolution®Air sterilised FFP2 respirator combines the proven high-performance filtration of the Neolution®Air series with validated ethylene oxide sterilisation, making it the first choice for cleanrooms and aseptic processes where sterility is not an option b

The sterilised Neolution®Air is made from the same high-quality polypropylene non-woven fabric with a textile headband free from natural latex and a flexible nose clip as the tried-and-tested standard version – supplemented by validated sterilisation in accordance with ISO 11135 using ethylene oxide, which has been proven to ensure a bacterial reduction of at least 6 log. The high-tech filter material achieves maximum filtration efficiency with a breathing resistance well below the permissible limits – for free, effortless breathing even during prolonged wear. The three-part design follows the natural movements of the jaw and ensures a constant, secure fit without the need for readjustment. The fabric headband does not put pressure on the ears and offers a secure hold even during prolonged wear, making it ideal for spectacle wearers. Each mask is supplied individually packaged to maintain sterility until the moment of use. Scientifically proven skin compatibility in accordance with EN ISO 10993 and a passed dolomite dust retention test round off the performance profile of this exceptional disposable mask.

Examples of use:
  • • Aseptic processes and sterile production (GMP C, D)
  • • sterile laboratory areas
  • • Manufacturing or packaging of sterile medical devices

[253S/W] Respirator Neolution®Air Loop, FFP2, sterile

Respirator Neolution®Air Loop, FFP2, sterile

REF 253S/W
Sterilized FFP2 respirator, Made in Germany. Our innovative filter material for the Made-in-Germany Neolution®Air Loop respirator ensures low breathing resistance and tested particle shedding in accordance with IEST-RP-CC003.5. Convenient ear loops make it easy to use.

In a class of its own: the Neolution®Air Loop sterilized FFP2 respirator combines the proven high-performance filtration of the Neolution®Air series with validated ethylene oxide sterilization, making it the top choice for cleanrooms and aseptic processes where sterility is not an option but a requirement.

The sterilized Neolution®Air Loop is made of the same high-quality polypropylene nonwoven fabric with latex-free polyester-elastane ear loops and a flexible nose clip as the proven standard version—supplemented by validated sterilization in accordance with ISO 11135 using ethylene oxide, which has been proven to ensure a bacterial reduction of at least 6 log. The high-tech filter material achieves maximum filtration efficiency with a breathing resistance well below the permissible limits—for easy, fatigue-free breathing even during prolonged wear. The three-part design follows the natural movements of the jaw and ensures a consistently tight seal without the need for readjustment; the wide ear loops do not dig in, even after hours of wear. Each mask is delivered individually packaged to maintain sterility until the moment of use. Scientifically proven skin compatibility according to EN ISO 10993 and a passed dolomite dust retention test round out the performance profile of this exceptional disposable mask.

Examples of use:

[257S/W] Respirator Neolution®Air Loop, FFP3, sterile

Respirator Neolution®Air Loop, FFP3, sterile

REF 257S/W
Sterilised FFP3 mask, Made in Germany. Our innovative filter material for the Neolution®Air Loop respirator ensures low breathing resistance and particle filtration performance tested in accordance with IEST-RP-CC003.5. Practical ear loops make it easy to use.

FFP3 maximum protection, supplied sterile and with no compromise on environmental protection – the DACH Neolution®Air Loop 257S/W combines validated ethylene oxide sterilisation with FFP3 filter performance, thereby providing the highest possible level of protection for the wearer, the environment and the product in aseptic processes and high-risk areas.

The Neolution®Air Loop 257S/W is made from high-quality polypropylene non-woven fabric with ear loops free from natural latex and a flexible nose clip – sterilised in accordance with ISO 11135 using a validated ethylene oxide process with a proven bacterial reduction of at least 6 log. The high-tech FFP3-class filter material achieves an actual particle penetration rate that is many times lower than the legal requirement of max. 1% and a bacterial filtration efficiency of over 98%. It therefore protects against the most dangerous aerosols as well as bacteria and pathogens. All exhaled air is completely expelled through the filter material, making this variant the first choice wherever both environmental protection and wearer protection are required at the highest level. Each mask is supplied individually packaged to maintain sterility without compromise until use. The three-part design follows the natural movements of the jaw and ensures a constant, secure fit without the need for readjustment; the wide ear loops do not cut into the skin, even after prolonged wear. Scientifically proven skin compatibility in accordance with EN ISO 10993 and a passed dolomite dust retention test complete the performance profile of this exceptional disposable mask.
