The pinnacle of the Neolution®Air Loop family—the Neolution®Air Loop with a covered exhalation valve combines FFP3-level protection, a filtered exhalation valve, and medical Type IIR certification in a single disposable mask, offering maximum protection for the wearer and the surrounding environment while providing exceptional comfort for the most demanding cleanroom and medical applications.
The Neolution®Air Loop with a covered valve is made of high-quality polypropylene nonwoven fabric and features wide, natural latex-free ear loops, a flexible nose clip, and an exhalation valve with a filtering meltblown cover. The high-tech FFP3-class filter material achieves an actual particle penetration rate that is many times lower than the legal requirement of max. 1% and a bacterial filtration efficiency greater than 98%. It thus protects against the most dangerous aerosols as well as bacteria and pathogens. The covered exhalation valve is the key difference: It noticeably reduces heat and moisture buildup and, thanks to the filtering valve cover, simultaneously protects the surrounding area from germs and droplets—a feature that conventional valve masks do not offer. The mask is therefore comfortable to wear even during physically demanding activities or when working for hours on end. The three-part design follows the natural movements of the jaw and ensures a consistently tight seal; the wide ear loops do not dig in, even after long shifts. As a Class I medical device and PPE Category III certified to Helmke Drum Test Category I, the 257VP meets the strictest requirements for both cleanroom and medical use.
