Description
This disposable lab coat, made of durable non-woven fabric, fastens at the front with snap fasteners and stays securely in place thanks to elastic cuffs. It is suitable for product protection in accordance with IEST-RP-CC003.5.
The REF 472 cleanroom gown is designed for controlled production environments where low particle shedding and high hygiene standards are critical. The durable non-woven fabric and cleanroom suitability up to ISO Class 6 support reliable workflows in sensitive areas.
The cleanroom gown is made of durable polypropylene nonwoven fabric and is classified as Category I PPE. In the Helmke Drum Test in accordance with IEST-RP-CC003.4, the material achieved Category II and is suitable for use in cleanrooms according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 in ISO Classes 6 through 9. The front opening with snap fasteners allows for easy donning and doffing, while the sewn-in inner pocket offers practical storage for work tools. The sleeves are equipped with an elastic band edged with an overlock seam, ensuring a secure fit at the wrist. The elastic band, made of synthetic elastomer, is free of natural latex. The design complies with the HACCP concept and supports adherence to high hygiene requirements in controlled environments. Furthermore, no intolerance reactions were observed during dermatological compatibility testing. The cleanroom gown is available in sizes M (100 cm length) and L (105 cm length) and was specifically developed for use in particle-controlled work areas.
