REF

Packaging

571/L

Carton (50 pcs)

Bag (1 pcs)

Pallet (12 x 50 pcs)

Protects against chemical splashes and remains comfortable to wear thanks to its breathable material. Elastic cuffs ensure a secure fit.

The AllSafe REF 571 is designed for demanding work environments where protection against airborne particles, limited chemical splashes, and radioactive contamination from solid particles is required. The breathable, lint-free material combines high comfort with reliable protection and is also suitable for use in cleanrooms.

The protective suit is certified as Category III PPE and meets the requirements for protection types 5 and 6 according to EN ISO 13982-1 and EN 13034. It also meets the requirements of EN 1149-5 for electrostatic properties and EN 1073-2 Class 2 for protection against radioactive contamination from solid particles. In the Helmke Drum Test in accordance with IEST-RP-CC003.4, the suit achieved Category II and is recommended for cleanrooms in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644-1, ISO Classes 6 through 9. The multi-layered ultra-fine fiber and microfiber nonwoven made of polypropylene is breathable, soft, and particularly low-lint. The ergonomic cut with long sleeves, long pant legs, and a hood ensures a high degree of freedom of movement and a secure fit. The two-way zipper with a self-adhesive cover strip extends to the chin and provides additional protection for the neck area. Elastic cuffs on the hood, sleeves, pant legs, and waist improve the fit and reduce open gaps. The high mechanical durability is demonstrated by an abrasion resistance of over 100 cycles, a flexural tear resistance of over 100,000 cycles, a puncture resistance of over 10 N, and a seam strength of over 75 N. Against sulfuric acid (30%) and sodium hydroxide (10%), repellency indices of over 95% and penetration indices of less than 1% were achieved. The suit protects the wearer from airborne particles, limited splashes, and spray mists and is suitable for single-use.

Examples of use
  • Working in cleanrooms with controlled particle levels
  • Activities involving airborne dust and particles
  • Dealing with limited chemical splashes and spray mist
  • Protective measures in nuclear and radiologically controlled environments
  • Production and packaging work in the pharmaceutical industry
