Ultimate comfort for cleanroom and medical environments – the Neolution®Air with a covered valve combines FFP2 filtration performance, a filtered exhalation valve and a pressure-free headband in a medically approved disposable mask that protects the wearer, the environment and the product in equal measure, whilst remaining comfortable even when worn for hours on end.
The Neolution®Air with a covered valve is made from high-quality polypropylene non-woven fabric, featuring a textile headband free from natural latex, a flexible nose clip and an exhalation valve with a filtering meltblown cover. The high-tech filter material filters solid and liquid aerosols with maximum efficiency whilst maintaining a breathing resistance well below the permissible limits. This allows you to breathe freely and without fatigue, even during physical work or when worn for long periods. The covered exhalation valve is the key difference: it noticeably reduces heat and moisture build-up and, thanks to the filtering valve cover, also protects the surrounding area from germs and droplets – a feature not offered by conventional valve masks. The three-part design follows the natural movements of the jaw when speaking and ensures a constant, secure fit without the need for readjustment. Scientifically proven skin compatibility in accordance with EN ISO 10993 makes the mask suitable even for sensitive skin. As a disposable mask, the Neolution®Air has passed the voluntary dolomite dust retention test – for maximum protection even under extreme conditions.
