Disposable cap TriCap, 3 in 1

Disposable cap TriCap, 3 in 1

REF

Packaging

126/W

Carton (1000 pcs)

Bag (50 pcs)

Pallet (24 x 1000 pcs)

Cleanroom hood made of breathable non-woven fabric designed to reduce particle emissions in controlled work areas. Its flexible design allows for various wearing options and easy integration into existing cleanroom setups.

The TriCap REF 126 was specifically designed for cleanrooms where controlling particle emissions is of paramount importance. Its innovative design allows for various wearing options and offers a flexible solution for a range of cleanroom requirements while ensuring a high level of comfort.

The TriCap is classified as Category I PPE and is made of extra-thin, breathable polypropylene nonwoven fabric. In the Helmke Drum Test in accordance with IEST-RP-CC003.4, it achieved Category II and is recommended for cleanrooms in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644-1, ISO Classes 6 through 9. The well-designed cut allows for three different wearing options: with the face completely exposed, with the eyes and nose exposed while the mouth and beard area are covered, or with only the eyes exposed. This allows the hood to be flexibly adapted to different work processes and hygiene protocols. Wearing a respirator is easily possible and can be integrated into existing protective measures. The antistatic material reduces electrostatic discharges and sparking when removing the cap and supports use in controlled environments. The combination of low weight and high air permeability ensures a comfortable fit even during extended use. The TriCap was specifically developed to reduce the release of particles from hair and skin in sensitive cleanroom areas.

Examples of use
  • Working in cleanrooms with strict particle control requirements
  • Filling and packaging processes in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Activities in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing
  • Working with additional respiratory protection in controlled environments
