The MediClassic Excel REF 207G was designed for daily use in medical facilities and combines high filtration performance with comfortable wear. The Type IIR mask offers reliable protection against droplets and splashes and supports safe working practices in everyday medical settings.
The medical face mask is classified as a Class I medical device and meets the requirements of EN 14683:2019 as a Type IIR mask. The anatomically shaped design, featuring an easily adjustable nose clip, allows for a custom fit to the shape of the face and ensures a secure seal. The inner and outer layers are made of skin-friendly, physiologically safe, and plasticizer-free polypropylene nonwoven fabric. The filter system is based on a meltblown polypropylene microfiber nonwoven fabric and achieves a bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) of 99.9%. The mask is ultrasonically welded and offers a robust construction for daily use. With a pressure difference of only 33.3 Pa/cm², it provides comfortable breathing even during extended wear. The splash resistance of 16 kPa meets the requirements for liquid-resistant medical face masks. The microbiological purity of ≤ 5 CFU/g is well below the limit of ≤ 30 CFU/g. All materials used are free of irritants, odorless, and suitable for medical applications.
