The lab coat is made of breathable, liquid-repellent SMS trilaminate and is electrostatically dissipative. A snap closure, an inside pocket, and elastic cuffs ensure a secure fit.

The Pro REF 474 cleanroom gown is designed for demanding cleanroom and production environments where, in addition to low particle shedding, protection against liquid chemicals and electrostatic discharge is required. The durable trilaminate material combines high comfort with proven protective performance for sensitive work areas.

The Pro cleanroom gown is made of an antistatic-treated trilaminate composed of 100% polypropylene and is classified as Category III PPE. The material meets the requirements of EN 13034 Type PB[6] for limited protection against liquid chemicals, as well as EN 1149-5 for electrostatic properties. The front opening with snap fasteners allows for easy donning and doffing, while a sewn-in inner pocket offers additional practical benefits. The sleeves are equipped with an elastic band edged with an overlock seam, which ensures a secure fit at the wrist. In the Helmke Drum Test according to IEST-RP-CC003.4, the material achieved Category II and is recommended for cleanrooms in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644-1 for ISO Classes 6 through 9. Its high mechanical strength is demonstrated by an abrasion resistance of over 500 cycles, a tensile strength of over 100 N crosswise and over 60 N lengthwise, and a seam strength of over 75 N. Against 30% sulfuric acid and 10% sodium hydroxide, a repellency index of over 95% and a penetration index of less than 1% were achieved in each case (EN ISO 6530). The one-size-fits-all design, measuring 105 cm in length and 140 cm in width, is suitable for individuals between 160 and 190 cm in height.
