Cleanroom overshoes made of particle-filtering trilaminate for controlled production and work areas. The slip-resistant sole and liquid-repellent material promote safety and contamination control in the cleanroom.

The SafeGuard REF 973 was designed for cleanrooms and controlled production areas where high particle protection, liquid resistance, and reliable footwear protection are required. The combination of certified chemical protection, low particle shedding, and a slip-resistant sole supports safe and controlled workflows in sensitive environments.

The SafeGuard is made of an antistatic-treated trilaminate composed of 100% polypropylene and meets the requirements of PPE Category III. The material, manufactured using SMS technology, is particle-filtering and liquid-repellent, helping to reduce contamination in controlled areas. Certification according to EN 13034 Type PB[6] confirms its suitability as partial body protection against liquid chemicals with limited protective performance. Additionally, the product meets the requirements of EN 1149-5 for electrostatic properties. The anti-slip sole ensures a secure footing even on smooth floors and supports safe working in cleanrooms. The latex-free elastic ensures a secure fit and high comfort. The cleanroom classification according to IEST-RP-CC003.3 Category II allows for recommended use in ISO cleanrooms of Classes 7 to 9. The high mechanical durability is demonstrated by an abrasion resistance of over 500 cycles, a puncture resistance of over 5 N, and a seam strength of over 75 N. The shoe cover is suitable for shoe sizes 38 to 45.
