Our innovative filter material for the Made-in-Germany Neolution®Air Loop respirator ensures low breathing resistance and tested particle shedding in accordance with IEST-RP-CC003.5. Convenient ear loops make it easy to use. Designed for industrial and medical applications.

Unparalleled respiratory protection meets exceptional comfort—the Neolution®Air Loop combines FFP2 protection with medical-grade face mask standards in a single, three-piece respirator that feels comfortable and secure even during extended wear, thanks to its innovative design.

The Neolution®Air Loop is made of high-quality polypropylene nonwoven fabric with wide, natural latex-free ear loops and a flexible nose clip for a customizable fit. The high-tech filter material filters solid and liquid aerosols with an efficiency of over 99% while maintaining an actual breathing resistance well below permissible limits—for easy, fatigue-free breathing even during physical work. The three-part design follows the natural movements of the jaw when speaking, ensuring a consistently tight seal without the need for annoying readjustments. The wide ear loops distribute pressure evenly and do not dig in—a noticeable difference when worn for several hours. Scientifically proven skin compatibility according to EN ISO 10993 (non-cytotoxic, non-sensitizing, non-irritating) makes the mask suitable even for sensitive skin. The Neolution®Air Loop is the only disposable mask to have passed the voluntary dolomite dust retention test—proof of maximum protection even under extreme conditions.
