The OP-Shorts plus REF 713B were designed for examinations where patient comfort, privacy, and controlled access to the examination area are particularly important. The integrated Velcro flap allows the examination slit to be opened as needed and helps ensure a comfortable and dignified examination process.
The OP-Shorts Plus are classified as Category I PPE and are made of soft, skin-friendly polypropylene nonwoven fabric. The mid-length legs provide comfortable coverage while allowing for a high degree of freedom of movement. An elastic waistband made of latex-free synthetic elastomer ensures a secure and comfortable fit for various body types. Unlike the standard version, the Surgical Shorts Plus feature an examination slit with a Velcro closure that can be opened as needed and then closed again. This helps maintain patient privacy during pre- and post-examination procedures. The generous cut is designed for ambidextrous use and facilitates handling in everyday medical practice. The shorts comply with the HACCP concept and are suitable for hygiene-critical examination areas. Dermatological testing revealed no adverse reactions. The product is available in sizes One Size and XXL. The one-size-fits-all version measures 60 cm in length, 70 cm in width, and has a slit length of 22.5 cm. The XXL size measures 67 cm in length, 80 cm in width, and has a slit length of 25.5 cm.
