These low-particle film overshoes are liquid-tight and provide reliable protection in sensitive areas. Particle emission has been tested in accordance with IEST-RP-CC003.5.
The REF 941B PE shoe covers reliably protect footwear from dirt and help ensure compliance with strict hygiene standards in sensitive work environments. Their liquid-impermeable design helps reduce the introduction of contaminants and keep controlled work areas clean.
The shoe covers are made of 45-micron-thick polyethylene and form a liquid-impermeable barrier over existing footwear. The material provides reliable protection against contamination and supports hygienic work processes in production and cleanroom areas. A heat-sealed elastic band ensures a secure fit and makes them quick and easy to put on and take off. With a length of 42 cm, the shoe covers provide ample coverage for various shoe styles. The design complies with the HACCP concept and is suitable for hygiene-critical applications. In the Helmke Drum Test in accordance with IEST-RP-CC003.4, the shoe covers achieved Category I. For use in cleanrooms, suitability for DIN EN ISO 14644-1 cleanrooms of ISO classes 5 to 9 is recommended. Furthermore, no adverse reactions were observed during the dermatological compatibility test. The blue color ensures good visibility and supports compliance with workplace hygiene protocols.
