The Medical Face Mask REF 204 combines reliable medical protection with a modern black design. This Type IIR mask offers high filtration performance and is comfortable to wear, making it suitable for professional use in medical and hygiene-critical settings.
The medical face mask is classified as a Class I medical device and meets the requirements of EN 14683:2019 as a Type IIR mask. The anatomically shaped design, featuring an easily adjustable nose clip, allows for a custom fit to the shape of the face and ensures a secure seal. The inner and outer layers are made of skin-friendly, hypoallergenic, and phthalate-free polypropylene. The polypropylene filter system achieves a bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) of 99.9% and provides a reliable barrier against bacteria. The mask is ultrasonically welded and features elastic ear loops made of soft polyester and spandex. With a pressure difference of 36.6 Pa/cm², it offers comfortable breathing even during extended wear. The splash resistance of 16 kPa meets the requirements for liquid-resistant Type IIR masks. Dermatological testing revealed no adverse reactions. All materials used are free of irritants, odorless, and suitable for medical applications.
