The OptiProtect face shield was designed for work environments where reliable facial and splash protection must be combined with a high level of comfort. Its distortion-free vision and lightweight design make it comfortable to wear even for extended periods.
The face shield is classified as Category II PPE and consists of an anti-fog-treated PET shield, an ergonomically shaped PU foam head pad, and a latex-free elastic strap. The unidirectional PET used minimizes extrusion lines and provides glass-like transparency with distortion-free vision. This reduces dizziness during prolonged use and promotes a clear view of the work environment. The rounded corners allow for unrestricted head movement and enhance comfort during daily work. Unlike traditional ear loops, the elastic headband runs behind the head, thereby preventing pressure points around the ears. The lightweight, breathable, and skin-friendly head padding ensures an optimal anatomical fit even during extended wear. All materials used are free of irritants, odorless, and latex-free. The anti-fog coating further contributes to consistently clear vision and supports use in sensitive work environments.
