The REF 621B PE lab coat is designed for applications that require reliable protection against liquids, blood, and viruses. Its well-thought-out design, featuring a Quick-Off system, facilitates safe removal and helps minimize contact with potentially contaminated surfaces.
The examination gown is made of polyethylene and is designed to be virus-, blood-, and liquid-resistant. As a Class I medical device and Category I PPE, it is suitable for use in medical and hygiene-critical areas. Long sleeves with integrated thumb holes ensure a secure fit and prevent the gown from slipping during work. The neck loop and two side ties allow for easy adjustment to the wearer. The integrated Quick-Off system enables the gown to be torn off in a controlled manner after use, thereby supporting low-contamination removal. The material has been tested for blood and virus penetration in accordance with DIN EN 14126. In tests conducted in accordance with ISO 16603, the material proved impermeable to synthetic blood at test pressures ranging from 10.9 to 11.2 kPa.
