The hood, which features an integrated face covering, encloses the entire head down to the neck and provides comprehensive protection. Particle emission has been tested in accordance with IEST-RP-CC003.5.

The TwinCap REF 125W combines a head cover and a face mask in a single product, making it particularly easy and efficient to comply with hygiene standards. This integrated solution reduces the time and effort required to put on protective gear and ensures comprehensive coverage of the hair, mouth, and nose in sensitive work areas.

The TwinCap is classified as Category I PPE and is made of soft, breathable polypropylene nonwoven fabric. In the Helmke Drum Test in accordance with IEST-RP-CC003.4, it achieved Category III and is recommended for cleanrooms in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644-1, ISO Classes 6 through 9. The integrated face covering made of two-layer nonwoven fabric features a moldable nose clip and allows for individual adjustment to the shape of the face. By combining the cap and face covering in a single product, potential transition areas are reduced and putting on the protective clothing is simplified. The breathable nonwoven material ensures a comfortable fit even during extended periods of use. Latex-free elastic components minimize the risk of latex allergies and ensure a secure fit. The TwinCap is particularly suitable for areas with high standards for hygiene and contamination control. Dermatological testing revealed no adverse reactions.
