Our innovative filter material for the Made-in-Germany Neolution®Air Loop respirator ensures maximum FFP3 filtration performance with low breathing resistance and particle release tested in accordance with IEST-RP-CC003.5. Convenient ear loops make it easy to use.
The highest level of respiratory protection meets medical environmental protection—the Neolution®Air Loop respirator combines FFP3 filter performance with the requirements for Type IIR medical face masks, thereby protecting the wearer from the most dangerous aerosols while also preventing the environment from being contaminated by exhaled air.
The Neolution®Air Loop is made of high-quality polypropylene nonwoven fabric with natural latex-free ear loops and a flexible nose clip. The high-tech FFP3-class filter material achieves an actual particle penetration rate that is many times lower than the legal requirement of a maximum of 1% and a bacterial filtration efficiency of over 98%. It thus protects against the most dangerous aerosols as well as bacteria and pathogens. Since the mask is designed without an exhalation valve, exhaled air is completely expelled through the filter material—a decisive advantage wherever not only the wearer but also patients, products, or the sterile environment must be protected. The three-part design follows the natural movements of the jaw and ensures a consistently tight fit without the need for readjustment; the wide ear loops do not dig in even after hours of wear. As a Class I medical device and PPE Category III certified with Helmke Drum Test Category I, the 257 meets the strictest requirements for both cleanroom and medical use.
