The ClipCap REF 101 offers a space-saving and cost-effective solution for hygienic hair coverage in sensitive work areas. Thanks to its compact clip design, it is easy to store, quick to remove, and can be unfolded into a full-size cap in just a few simple steps when needed.
The ClipCap is made of soft polypropylene nonwoven fabric and is classified as both Category I PPE and a Class I medical device. The cap is supplied in a compact form as a folded strip and unfolds into a round cap simply by pulling it apart. This design allows for space-saving storage and quick deployment during daily work. The outer edge features a heat-sealed elastic band made of synthetic, latex-free elastomer, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit. The soft non-woven material ensures a comfortable wearing experience even during extended use. The ClipCap complies with the HACCP concept and is suitable for hygiene-critical work areas where reliable hair coverage is required. Dermatological testing revealed no adverse reactions. The product is available in blue and white and has a shelf life of up to 10 years when stored properly.
