The ClipCap DT is made of soft polypropylene nonwoven fabric and is classified as Category I PPE. The hood is supplied in a compact clip-on form and unfolds into a full-size round hood simply by pulling it apart. This allows for space-saving storage and quick deployment. The outer edge features a heat-sealed elastic band made of synthetic, latex-free elastomer, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit. An integrated aluminum detection strip makes the cap detectable and supports compliance with foreign object management protocols in sensitive production environments. The soft non-woven material ensures a comfortable fit even during extended wear. The ClipCap DT complies with the HACCP concept and is particularly suitable for areas with high requirements for product safety and hygiene. Dermatological testing revealed no adverse reactions. The product is available in blue and white and has a shelf life of up to 10 years when stored properly.
