All of our personal protective equipment (PPE) products are certified in strict accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and are subject to continuous monitoring. Our fully antistatic products are certified according to DIN EN 1149-5 and are regularly tested and inspected; we test products with mild antistatic properties in our in-house laboratory.

Die Atemschutzmasken der Serie "ecoComfort" bieten zuverlässigen Atemschutz in einer besonders kompakten und anwenderfreundlichen Ausführung. Die vertikal faltbare Konstruktion ermöglicht eine platzsparende Lagerung, während die breiten Kopfbänder und der anpassbare Nasenbügel für einen angenehmen Sitz im Arbeitsalltag sorgen. 

Die partikelfiltrierende Halbmaske ist als PSA der Kategorie III klassifiziert und erfüllt die Anforderungen der Schutzklasse FFP2 NR nach EN 149:2001+A1:2009. Die Maske besteht außen und innen aus Polypropylen-Vliesstoff und verwendet ein Filtermedium aus Polypropylen-Mikrofasern. Die vertikale Faltung ermöglicht eine einfache Mitnahme und platzsparende Aufbewahrung. The ‘Special’ range of respiratory masks is characterised by a pre-formed mask body and a completely metal-free construction. The mask is free from natural latex and has passed the voluntary dolomite dust test for disposable masks, ensuring maximum breathing comfort even in environments with high levels of particulate matter.

The “Special” range of respiratory masks offers reliable protection against dust, aerosols and non-volatile liquid particles. It has been specially developed for environments where metal parts are not permitted, e.g. in the presence of strong magnetic fields such as in MRI scans or when working in potentially explosive atmospheres. The respirator is classified as Category III PPE and meets the requirements of protection class FFP2 NR D in accordance with EN 149:2001+A1:2009. The mask is made of polypropylene non-woven fabric on both the outside and inside and uses a filter medium made of polypropylene microfibres. Thanks to its anatomical shape with a moulded nose piece, the respirator mask can be securely fitted in just a few simple steps. A wraparound headband can be individually adjusted using the integrated clip, ensuring a snug fit for any head shape. Equipped with a high-performance filter, the “Special” series respirators guarantee high filtration efficiency with low breathing resistance, thereby offering maximum safety and comfort. A sealing lip seals the pre-formed nose area. The coverall is available in sizes S through XXXL and accommodates heights from 162 to 200 cm and chest circumferences from 84 to 132 cm. The Pro cleanroom gown is made of an antistatic-treated trilaminate composed of 100% polypropylene and is classified as Category III PPE. The material meets the requirements of EN 13034 Type PB[6] for limited protection against liquid chemicals, as well as EN 1149-5 for electrostatic properties. The front opening with snap fasteners allows for easy donning and doffing, while a sewn-in inner pocket offers additional practical benefits. The sleeves are equipped with an elastic band edged with an overlock seam, which ensures a secure fit at the wrist. In the Helmke Drum Test according to IEST-RP-CC003.4, the material achieved Category II and is recommended for cleanrooms in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644-1 for ISO Classes 6 through 9. Its high mechanical strength is demonstrated by an abrasion resistance of over 500 cycles, a tensile strength of over 100 N crosswise and over 60 N lengthwise, and a seam strength of over 75 N. Against 30% sulfuric acid and 10% sodium hydroxide, a repellency index of over 95% and a penetration index of less than 1% were achieved in each case (EN ISO 6530). The one-size-fits-all design, measuring 105 cm in length and 140 cm in width, is suitable for individuals between 160 and 190 cm in height.
