The wide ear loops distribute pressure evenly and do not dig in – a noticeable difference when worn for several hours. Scientifically proven skin compatibility in accordance with EN ISO 10993 (non-cytotoxic, non-sensitising, non-irritating) makes the mask suitable even for sensitive skin. As a disposable mask, the Neolution®Air Loop has passed the voluntary dolomite dust retention test – proof of maximum protection even under extreme conditions.

The Neolution®Air Loop is made of high-quality polypropylene nonwoven fabric with natural latex-free ear loops and a flexible nose clip. The high-tech FFP3-class filter material achieves an actual particle penetration rate that is many times lower than the legal requirement of a maximum of 1% and a bacterial filtration efficiency of over 98%. It thus protects against the most dangerous aerosols as well as bacteria and pathogens. Since the mask is designed without an exhalation valve, exhaled air is completely expelled through the filter material—a decisive advantage wherever not only the wearer but also patients, products, or the sterile environment must be protected. The three-part design follows the natural movements of the jaw and ensures a consistently tight fit without the need for readjustment; the wide ear loops do not dig in even after hours of wear. As a Class I medical device and PPE Category III certified with Helmke Drum Test Category I, the 257 meets the strictest requirements for both cleanroom and medical use.

FFP2 NR D respirator mask with high filtration efficiency, designed to protect against aerosols and airborne particles. Features an exhalation valve for easy breathing and enhanced comfort. Has passed voluntary dolomite dust testing.

The ‘Classic’ range of respiratory masks is characterised by a pre-shaped mask body and a traditional fit for ease of use. The mask is free from natural latex and has passed the voluntary dolomite dust test for disposable masks, ensuring maximum breathing comfort even in environments with high levels of particulate matter.

The “Classic” range of respirator masks offers reliable protection against dust, aerosols and non-volatile liquid particles. The respirator mask is classified as Category III PPE and meets the requirements of protection class FFP2 NR D in accordance with EN 149:2001+A1:2009. The mask is made of polypropylene non-woven fabric on both the outside and inside and uses a filter medium made of polypropylene microfibres. The additional exhalation valve prevents heat build-up and moisture inside the mask, thereby significantly increasing wearing comfort. Thanks to its shell shape, the respirator can be securely fitted in just a few simple steps. Equipped with a high-performance filter, the respirators in the ‘Classic’ series ensure high filtration efficiency with low breathing resistance, thereby offering maximum safety and comfort. The nose clip is padded so it does not press against the nose and can be easily adjusted to fit the individual shape of the nose. The dolomite dust test, which is optional for disposable masks, guarantees a high level of comfort, even when worn for long periods in environments with high particle concentrations.
