The splash resistance of 16 kPa meets the requirements for Type IIR liquid-resistant masks. The microbiological purity of ≤ 3.99 CFU/g is well below the required limit of ≤ 30 CFU/g. The dermatological test revealed no contraindications.

In addition, performance levels 3 were achieved against contaminated liquid aerosols and 3 against contaminated solid particles. Furthermore, no adverse reactions were observed during dermatological compatibility testing.

The SafeGuard is made of an antistatic-treated trilaminate composed of 100% polypropylene and meets the requirements of PPE Category III. The material, manufactured using SMS technology, is particle-filtering and liquid-repellent, helping to reduce contamination in controlled areas. Certification according to EN 13034 Type PB[6] confirms its suitability as partial body protection against liquid chemicals with limited protective performance.
