The latex-free elastic band made of synthetic elastomer ensures a secure fit and makes it easy to put on and take off. In the Helmke Drum Test according to IEST-RP-CC003.4, the StandSafe achieved Category III. For use in cleanrooms, suitability according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 for ISO Classes 7 to 9 is recommended. The shoe cover is suitable for shoe sizes 37 to 46 and, thanks to its compact design, offers a practical solution for daily use in controlled areas. and was developed for cleanrooms and hygiene-critical work areas. The slip-resistant sole and the multi-layered SMS material support safe and controlled work processes in sensitive environments.

Examples of use
  • Working in cleanroom airlocks and controlled production areas
  • Assembly and manufacturing processes in the electronics industry
  • Transfer of materials and personnel between cleanroom zones
  • Working on smooth floors where slip resistance is critical

[974] Boot cover SafeGuard Boot, Type PB [6]

Boot cover SafeGuard Boot, Type PB [6]

REF 974
The certified chemical-resistant boot covers are made of liquid-repellent, durable SMS trilaminate and are electrostatic-dissipative. An anti-slip pattern on the sole enhances slip resistance.

The SafeGuard Boot REF 974 was designed for use in cleanrooms and controlled work environments where high particle protection, liquid resistance, and safe movement are required. The combination of certified chemical protection, low particle shedding, and a slip-resistant sole supports reliable work processes in sensitive areas.

The SafeGuard Boot is made of an antistatic-treated trilaminate composed of 100% polypropylene and meets the requirements of PPE Category III. The material, manufactured using SMS technology, is particle-filtering and liquid-repellent, and helps protect against contamination in controlled environments. Certification according to EN 13034 Type PB[6] confirms its suitability as partial-body protection against liquid chemicals with limited protective performance. Additionally, the product meets the requirements of EN 1149-5 for electrostatic properties. The anti-slip sole ensures a secure footing even on smooth floors and supports safe working in cleanrooms. The latex-free elastic ensures a secure fit and makes the boots easy to put on and take off. In the Helmke Drum Test according to IEST-RP-CC003.4, the SafeGuard boot achieved Category III, while the cleanroom classification according to IEST-RP-CC003.3 Category II enables recommended suitability for ISO cleanrooms of Classes 7 to 9. The high mechanical durability is demonstrated by test values such as an abrasion resistance of over 500 cycles, a puncture resistance of over 5 N, and a seam strength of over 75 N.

Examples of use
  • Working in cleanroom airlocks and controlled production areas
  • Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
  • Work in laboratories and biotechnology facilities
  • Chemical handling with limited exposure

[952B] PE Shoe Covers XL

PE Shoe Covers XL

REF 952B
These low-particle film overshoes are liquid-tight and provide reliable protection in sensitive areas. Particle emission has been tested in accordance with IEST-RP-CC003.5.

The REF 941B PE shoe covers reliably protect footwear from dirt and help ensure compliance with strict hygiene standards in sensitive work environments. Their liquid-impermeable design helps reduce the introduction of contaminants and keep controlled work areas clean.

The shoe covers are made of 45-micron-thick polyethylene and form a liquid-impermeable barrier over existing footwear. The material provides reliable protection against contamination and supports hygienic work processes in production and cleanroom areas. A heat-sealed elastic band ensures a secure fit and makes them quick and easy to put on and take off. With a length of 42 cm, the shoe covers provide ample coverage for various shoe styles. The design complies with the HACCP concept and is suitable for hygiene-critical applications. In the Helmke Drum Test in accordance with IEST-RP-CC003.4, the shoe covers achieved Category I. For use in cleanrooms, suitability for DIN EN ISO 14644-1 cleanrooms of ISO classes 5 to 9 is recommended. Furthermore, no adverse reactions were observed during the dermatological compatibility test. The blue color ensures good visibility and supports compliance with workplace hygiene protocols.
