[256] Respirator Neolution®Air, FFP3 Bestseller

Respirator Neolution®Air, FFP3

REF 256
Our innovative filter material for the Neolution®Air respirator mask, made in Germany, ensures maximum FFP3 filtration performance with low breathing resistance and certified particle release in accordance with IEST-RP-CC003.5. The comfortable headband provides a secure fit without causing ear pain.

The highest level of respiratory protection meets medical environmental protection – the Neolution®Air respirator combines FFP3 filter performance with the requirements for Type IIR medical face masks, thereby protecting the wearer from the most hazardous aerosols whilst also protecting the environment from contamination by exhaled air.

The Neolution®Air is made from high-quality polypropylene non-woven fabric with a textile headband free from natural latex and a flexible nose clip. The high-tech FFP3-class filter material achieves an actual particle penetration rate that is many times lower than the legal requirement of a maximum of 1%, and a bacterial filtration efficiency of over 98%. It therefore protects against the most dangerous aerosols as well as bacteria and pathogens. As the mask is designed without an exhalation valve, exhaled air is expelled entirely through the filter material – a crucial advantage wherever not only the wearer but also patients, products or the sterile environment need to be protected. The three-part construction follows the natural movements of the jaw and ensures a constant, secure fit without the need for readjustment. The fabric headband does not put pressure on the ears and offers a secure hold even during prolonged wear, making it ideal for spectacle wearers. As a certified Class I medical device and PPE Category III with Helmke Drum Test Category I, the 256 meets the strictest requirements for both cleanroom and medical use.

Examples of use:
  • • Intubation of patients with infectious diseases (influenza, tuberculosis)

Since the mask is designed without an exhalation valve, exhaled air is completely expelled through the filter material—a decisive advantage wherever not only the wearer but also patients, products, or the sterile environment must be protected. The three-part design follows the natural movements of the jaw and ensures a consistently tight fit without the need for readjustment; the wide ear loops do not dig in even after hours of wear. As a Class I medical device and PPE Category III certified with Helmke Drum Test Category I, the 257 meets the strictest requirements for both cleanroom and medical use.

Examples of use
  • • Intubation of patients with infectious diseases (influenza, tuberculosis)
  • • Ebola First Aid
  • • Manufacture of anticancer drugs
  • • Remediation work for mold infestations
  • • Processing of powdered chemicals
  • • Livestock management in cases of suspected zoonotic diseases

[273/M] Respirator ubiQ®³, FFP3 (M)

Respirator ubiQ®³, FFP3

REF 273
Thanks to its duckbill-shaped design, the respirator mask offers a comfortably large breathing volume. Textile head straps ensure a secure fit without tugging at the hair, whilst the very low breathing resistance makes it extremely comfortable to wear.

Maximum FFP3 filtration performance in a space-saving design: with its distinctive ‘duckbill’ shape, the ubiQ³® offers exceptional respiratory protection with a breathing resistance that is many times lower than the standard requirements, thereby combining safety, comfort and ease of use in a single mask.

The ubiQ³® is made from high-quality polypropylene non-woven fabric with a polypropylene microfibre filter medium, a flexible, plastic-coated nose clip and a textile headband free from natural latex. The high-performance filter achieves an actual particle penetration rate that is well below the maximum permissible limits, thereby offering the highest level of safety. With a breathing resistance of barely one-sixth of the permissible limit, the mask allows for exceptionally easy, fatigue-free breathing, even during intense physical work or when worn for long periods. The distinctive ‘duckbill’ shape makes it easy to put on, whilst also allowing for particularly space-saving storage and convenient transport, for example in bags or first-aid kits. The mouldable nose clip ensures the mask fits snugly around the bridge of the nose. Scientifically proven skin compatibility in accordance with EN ISO 10993 and a successful dolomite dust retention test round off the outstanding performance profile of this mask, made in Germany.

Examples of use:
• Healthcare facilities requiring FFP3 protection and Type IIR certification
• Cleanroom and pharmaceutical applications
• Industry and the skilled trades where there are high levels of particulate matter or aerosols
