The ClipCap REF 101 offers a space-saving and cost-effective solution for hygienic hair coverage in sensitive work areas. Thanks to its compact clip design, it is easy to store, quick to remove, and can be unfolded into a full-size cap in just a few simple steps when needed.

The ClipCap is made of soft polypropylene nonwoven fabric and is classified as both Category I PPE and a Class I medical device. The cap is supplied in a compact form as a folded strip and unfolds into a round cap simply by pulling it apart. This design allows for space-saving storage and quick deployment during daily work. The outer edge features a heat-sealed elastic band made of synthetic, latex-free elastomer, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit. The soft non-woven material ensures a comfortable wearing experience even during extended use. The ClipCap complies with the HACCP concept and is suitable for hygiene-critical work areas where reliable hair coverage is required. Dermatological testing revealed no adverse reactions. The product is available in blue and white and has a shelf life of up to 10 years when stored properly.

The ‘ecoComfort’ series of respirators offers reliable respiratory protection in a particularly compact and user-friendly design. The vertically foldable design allows for space-saving storage, whilst the wide head straps and adjustable nose clip ensure a comfortable fit during everyday work. 

The particle-filtering half mask is classified as Category III PPE and meets the requirements of protection class FFP3 NR in accordance with EN 149:2001+A1:2009. The mask is made of polypropylene non-woven fabric on both the outside and inside and uses a filter medium made of polypropylene microfibres. The exhalation valve further aids the dissipation of heat and moisture, making the mask suitable for physically demanding or prolonged activities. The vertical folding design allows for easy transport and space-saving storage. Wide headbands made of polyester and elastane distribute pressure evenly across the head without straining the ears, ensuring comfortable wear. The Neolution®Air FFP2 respirator mask with valve is made from high-quality polypropylene non-woven fabric, featuring a textile headband free from natural latex, a flexible nose clip and an exhalation valve for maximum breath exhaust. The high-tech filter material filters solid and liquid aerosols with maximum efficiency whilst maintaining a breathing resistance well below the permissible limits. This allows you to breathe freely and without fatigue, even during physical work or when worn for long periods. The exhalation valve directs exhaled air outwards unfiltered, thereby noticeably reducing heat and moisture build-up: a key comfort benefit during prolonged wear or physical exertion. The three-part design follows the natural movements of the jaw and ensures a consistently secure fit without the need for readjustment. The high-tech FFP3-class filter material achieves an actual particle penetration rate that is many times lower than the legal requirement of max. 1% and a bacterial filtration efficiency of over 98%.
