Is there aminimum order value?

Yes. The minimum order value (value of goods) is € 50.00. We have to charge a minimum quantity surcharge of € 15.00 for orders below € 50.00.

Barzahlung bei Abholung

Vorkasse per Banküberweisung

Der Versand Ihrer Bestellung erfolgt umgehend nach Eingang des Rechnungsbetrages auf unserem Bankkonto. Sie erhalten von uns eine Vorkassenrechnung mit unserer Bankverbindung. Bitte überweisen Sie den Rechnungsbetrag erst nach Erhalt der Vorkassenrechnung. Die von Ihnen bestellte Ware bleibt bis zum Zahlungseingang, maximal für 7 Tage, für Sie reserviert.

Sofortüberweisung

Zur Abwicklung werden lediglich Kontonummer, Bankleitzahl sowie PIN‐ und TAN‐Nummer benötigt. Die Verschlüsselung erfolgt über eine sichere SSL3 Verbindung. Es gelten die Bedingungen der Bank.

PayPal

Schnelle und sichere Zahlung mit PayPal. Ihre Daten werden in einem eigenen Terminal‐Fenster über eine sichere Verbindung zu PayPal erfasst. Es gelten die Bedingungen von PayPal.

PayPal Checkout

PayPal Plus ist eine bekannte und viel genutzte Zahlungsmethode, welche vor allem von online Händlern aber auch für private Zwecke genutzt wird. Bei PayPal Plus können Sie durch Lastschrift, mit der Kreditkarte und auf Rechnung bezahlen, auch wenn Sie kein PayPal-Konto haben.

Rechnung

Stammkunden mit USt‐ID, Behörden und öffentliche Einrichtungen können auf Rechnung bestellen und binnen 14 Tagen bezahlen. Dies kann allerdings zu Lieferverzögerungen führen, da Ihre Angaben zunächst geprüft werden müssen. Lieferungen außerhalb Deutschlands nur gegen Vorkasse.

For shipping within Germany we charge:

€ 8.00 up to a net value of € 200.
€ 13.00 up to a net value of € 500.
From a net goods value of € 500 free home or free German mainland.
For the following postcode areas we charge an island surcharge of € 12.00 per package: 18565 (Hiddensee), 25849 (Pellworm), 25859 (Hooge), 25863 (Langeneß), 25869 (Gröde), 25938 (Föhr), 25946 (Amrum), 25980, 25992, 25996, 25997, 25999 (Sylt) 26465 (Langeoog ), 26474 (Spiekeroog), 26486 (Wangerooge), 26548 (Norderney), 26571 (Juist), 26579 (Baltrum), 26757 (Borkum), 27498 (Helgoland).
€ 4.00 packaging and insurance flat rate.

Shipping costs outside of Germany: The shipping costs abroad depend on various circumstances. These can vary from country to country. The final shipping costs will be shown to you before the order is completed.

You also have the option of collecting the goods from our warehouse in Rastatt.

How fast is delivery?

If you order before 2 p.m., we will process your order the same day. Delivery within Germany usually takes place within 24 hours.

No deliveries on weekends.

Even faster express deliveries are possible for an additional charge.

Where is my package?

As soon as your goods leave our company, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This contains a number with which you can track the current status of your shipment online.

Is there a return policy?

Shipping within Germany and EU: Entrepreneurs according to § 14 BGB have no right of withdrawal or return.

There is no right of return when shipping to third countries.

How can goods be returned?

In order to be able to assign and process your return, please contact us before returning. We will send you a return slip.

Please note that we only take back unused goods in their original packaging.

Unpacked hygiene products are excluded from the right of return.
