Skin-friendly quality
DACH uses only skin-friendly and pollutant-free non-woven fabrics to manufacture its headgear. All materials have been subjected to additional tests beyond the legal requirements. These rule out numerous allergic reactions and offer the highest level of wearing comfort.
Additional tests
We test our products beyond the normative requirements:
- ISO 10993-5:2009: Tests for cytotoxicity - The demonstration of body compatibility (biocompatibility).
- EN ISO 3071:2006: Determination of the pH* of the aqueous extract of textiles. The pH value in the skin-friendly, weakly acidic range is between 6.5 and 6.7. In this respect, our products even achieve product class I according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100, textiles for babies.
- EN ISO 105-E04: Colour fastness tests - Part E04: Colour fastness to perspiration.
- EN 14362: Method for the determination of certain aromatic amines from azo dyes.
