DACH: What drives you every day in your role as a Human Resources specialist?

Elke: HR is not just my profession, but also my passion. In my job, I love seeing my colleagues at DACH grow and being able to support and accompany them on part of their journey.

DACH: If you had to describe your work in one sentence, what would it be?

Elke: I am fortunate to work in an environment like DACH and to have so many colleagues around me who provide so much input and motivation, and I firmly believe that with a positive attitude and passion, any challenge can be overcome together.

DACH: What personal goal have you set for your work?

Elke: My goal is to strengthen employee retention and at the same time present our company externally as an attractive employer. I've reached a point in my career where I'm actively shaping it and continuously looking for new opportunities for improvement.
