DACH: What drives you every day in your job as a sales / office manager?

Tanja: In 2018, I decided to change my career and start something completely new. As a career changer, I joined the sales team, gradually took on different roles within the company and have been learning something new every day ever since. My work is very varied and that is what I like about my job. We also work together on projects and across departments. Everyone supports everyone else. It is a great atmosphere that makes the work more pleasant.

DACH: If you had to describe your work in one sentence, what would it be?

Tanja: I work where all the threads run together.

DACH: What is your personal goal for your work?

Tanja: I would like to continue to support DACH with my work to the best of my ability and return to my workplace every day with pleasure.
