As part of a nationwide tender consisting of three lots for the delivery of 5 million FFP2 masks, nearly 1 million FFP3 masks, and 16.4 million surgical masks (MNS) to the state of Hesse, DACH successfully emerged as the preferred supplier in direct comparison to other well-known companies in the PPE industry.

The tender was coordinated by the Hessian Competence Center for New Administrative Control, also known as HCC . It represents the Hessian state administration as a central procurement organization.

The awarding of the contract to DACH was based on several factors, including the competitive price-performance ratio. Crucially, all 22.4 million masks are produced in Germany, and DACH can guarantee timely delivery in three installments.

The first delivery to the state of Hesse took place in December 2022, with further deliveries scheduled for the first half of 2023.
